In the past year, despite weaknesses in the broader venture landscape, WI Harper Group has experienced a particularly special and successful period. Our portfolio has demonstrated significant growth across various innovative sectors. Most notably, Alpha Ring, a provider of nuclear fusion-enabled solutions, has made remarkable strides in the clean energy sector. Our impact extended to the global stage, particularly at COP28 in Dubai, where Alpha Ring showcased its cutting-edge fusion technology and introduced the world’s first fusion educational machine. This innovation garnered positive reviews, including commendations from John Kerry, the US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, highlighting the company’s recognition and influence in the fusion industry.

Additionally, we have also achieved numerous significant milestones on our broader portfolio. This year saw two major IPOs: Roadzen, which made its debut on the Nasdaq, and MaxIC, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market. We have completed our successful exit in PMC, a leading global digital media platform. Beyond that, we have achieved another win in artificial organ developer IVIVA Medical, through its acquisition by Nasdaq-listed United Therapeutics. Furthermore, our portfolio companies have made advancements in 3D computer vision and sensing through Eys3D, developments in mobile software with Kdan Mobile, and advancements in education and companionship robotics with NUWA Robotics.

Looking ahead to 2024, WI Harper Group is set to continue its investment in key areas of technological advancement. We are committed to focusing on AI, energy, healthcare, and sustainability, aligning with global trends and market demands. This approach underscores our dedication to fostering innovation and driving forward-thinking solutions in critical sectors. The WI Harper team is committed to collaborating with our partners to expedite innovation for global transformation.
