Earl is a Principal at WI Harper Group. He focuses on investment opportunities in medical management project and technology covering Robotics, Industrial Manufacturing, Big Data, Enterprise Services and Artificial intelligence. He has successfully completed investment projects such as QFeelTech, Datablau, Linkedsee, Resvent, Edigene, Admaster and Labtech(688056.SH). Prior to joining WI Harper Group, Earl worked at China Unicom for 7 years engaged in technology, marketing and management, and he led the completion of the first Ethernet passive optical network in Beijing. Previously, he has worked at Hong Yuan Securities Company Limited (HYSEC) and State Development & Investment Corporation Fund (SDIC Fund). Earl holds an MBA from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, and a B.S. in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
