WI Harper backed Avaamo has been named a leader in the Forrester New Wave™: Chatbots for IT Operations, Q4 2020, for the second year in a row. Forrester evaluated the nine most significant providers in the category and ranked them against ten criteria. What makes the award even more exciting is that Avaamo moved further into the leadership position, receiving the highest marks in the survey, thus validating the continuing success and adoption Avaamo’s platform has had with many Fortune 1,000 enterprises.
